Mainz and Muskelkater
The first city in Germany that I set my foot in was Mainz. Mainz is the capital and the largest city of the state of Rhineland and Palatinate. As a result, this city is beautiful, modern vitality and the home of young people of Germany.
The climate on the first day in Mainz was always around 11°C to 13°C and with an asian guy like me, that was perfect. It is the best for...cuddle with your lover on the bed. But yes, we just only can do that thing at the end of the day. So what should we do first in Germany? Yes, good answers : Food and Beer.
I had an opportunity to go to the German Beer restaurant with my friends, Mima and Roman. We enjoyed the time together with the handmade beer of Mainz, some traditional German sausages and "wiener schnitzel", an traditional food of Germany, but come from...Austria. Some regions of Germany, like Bavaria and neighbouring Swabia, share dishes with Austrian and parts of Swiss cuisine. And you know what? The Michelin Guide of 2015 awarded eleven restaurants in Germany three stars, the highest designation, while 38 more received two stars and 233 one star. German restaurants have become the world's second-most decorated after France.
The first impression when I saw my dish were...size. You cannot believe that German people eats so much, so a combo is really big. That's why we have a tearm :''German Size'' to talk about the volume of food that German consumes per meals.

But if you just only think about food and beer during the time in Mainz, of course, you will not control your weight and it will affect a lot to your body. I think German girls maybe will prefer sport guys (with the muscles). So what is the solution?

Well Muskelkater is the best choice for you, especially with people who is living in Mainz right now. There are so many professional fighters and professional trainers with many experiences with help you a lot.
The owner of Muskelkater, Ivan Freidenberg is a professional boxer, starts his career from 2011 and Ivan has joined so many world tournaments in the shirt of Germany national team. With highest levels of Jiu Jitsu and Boxing, of course, he can help you guy to become a fight machine in a short time.
But Ivan is not alone. My friend, Mima is the companion with this man. Mima, the Viet - German fighter will make you impress with his talents in Boxing, Jiu Jitsu. In addition, this man also has the highest certifications of Sambo which is a Soviet martial art and combat sport. According to the European Sambo Federation (ESF), he will attend to the World Sambo Championship in Sochi, Russia from 9th of November of 2017 to 13th of November of 2017.
In other words, I was a lucky man because not only travelling, I can also practise my favourite sport (Boxing) everydays in Mainz.

However, we did not just only have sports and foods in Mainz. Nightlife in this city was perfect too. I met a lot of good friends from many countries : Laura, Mima, Roman, Ivan, Boateng, Donny (Germany), Ruslan (Russia), Fabrizio (Italy) and some guys from Kazakhstan. Surely, they were so kind and friendly to me. We ate pizza, drank a lot of beers together, went to spa and of course, we shared some crazy stories day after day. Undoubtedly, I never forget.
So because of Mainz, I believe that my Germany trip will have many exciting things which are coming !!!
